MACD
Introduction
The MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) usually displays the difference between the 12 period and 26 period EMAs (Exponential Moving Averages). The MACD does so by displaying a histogram as well as a signal line which by default is a 9 period EMA of the histogram.Over the years, we've noticed people prefer to display the MACD indicator differently which we call the "MACD Traditional". This version includes both the main MACD line and the signal line, as well as a histogram.
